Our Story
At the heart of Rob and Ashley's story is a deep passion for following their hearts, chasing their dreams, and building a life that they love. Through exploring, learning, and growing together as both a couple and as entrepreneurs, they've discovered their true calling.

Rob grew up in New Jersey, where he spent a major portion of his youth involved in Scouting, which led to his lifelong love of camping and outdoor adventuring. Moving to Boston to pursue a degree in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology he had the opportunity to spend many weekends exploring the Western Foothills of Maine with his classmates who were from the area. After graduating and returning to New Jersey to work in Manhattan, he met Ashley at a local bar in Hoboken, where they both joined a dart team where they started making lifelong memories and friends.

Ashley grew up in the Western Foothills of Maine, where she loved all things outdoor: skiing, fishing, hiking, and taking day trips through the White Mountains in New Hampshire with her family. After earning her BA in Psychology she lived and explored Portland, ME, with her sister before moving to the NYC area with two college roommates. Ashley took advantage of all the excitement the city offered; Broadway shows, restaurants, concerts, and art but knew she always wanted to raise a family in Maine.
ADVENTUROUS LOVE
After 4 years of music festivals, camping trips, road trips, and weekend getaways, they tied the knot in mid-coast Maine. They began to plan an eventual move to Maine, where they would have better access to all the outdoor activities they enjoyed together.

THE ADVENTURE CONTINUES
MAINE HOMECOMING
The COVID-19 pandemic and the arrival of their first baby in 2020 sped up these plans, and they decided to look for more space and be closer to Ashley’s family in Maine. Settling in the Western Foothills, where Ashley grew up and Rob had spent college breaks, they began camping, swimming, hiking, and taking day trips to explore Maine together with a growing family.
